Prior to proceeding with the installation of your tent, we request that you contact the designated number, 811, to ensure the meticulous marking of all your utilities. Our utmost concern is your safety and the preservation of essential infrastructure. We kindly ask you to sign a staking waiver, an official document releasing Sunny Party Rentals from any potential liabilities arising from the insertion of our robust 42" by 1" diameter steel stakes into the ground, particularly in proximity to underground utilities, lines, pipes, or any other obstructions.

All installs for tents will be 1-3 days prior to the event and taken down 2-3 days after the event.
